In conforming to Medicare rules, we are obligated to give you notice of procedures that we implement to protect the privacy of your medical information. Known as HIPAA or the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, a notice of these Privacy Practices is available for patients to view.

Whereas we anticipate that you will have a very safe and pleasant experience with us, we are also obligated to offer every patient an avenue to vent grievances.
