Dear Dr. Altman,

I just wanted to send you a quick letter to let you know how much I appreciate all of the personal attention I received from you and your office. Not only were you kind enough to work with me regarding the cost of the procedure, but you made yourself readily available for me(if I needed you) by offering your cell phone and even weekend office visits, if necessary. I can't remember the last time I met a physician who went to such lengths to ensure their patients were taken care of - and I wanted to thank you for being "that kind" of doctor.

I am truly happy with the results of my procedure and trust me, if anyone ever asks, it will be your office I refer them to.
